Sr. Associate - Commercial Contracts

What we need: 

 

A Corporate Lawyer well-versed in drafting commercial agreements. 

 

What you will do: 

 

  • Drafting and vetting Contracts/Agreements. This would include Contracts between business partners, such as purchase and sale agreements or joint venture agreements, service provider agreements, vendor agreements, NDAs, employment agreements, licensing agreements, and other commercial contracts.

  • Finalizing the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for different clients.

  • Helping various companies prepare and finalize their Employee Stock Option Plans Policy (ESOPs Policy).

  • Staying updated with the latest amendments in the various corporate laws.

What you need to have: 

 

  • Must be an LLB/LLM graduate.

  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.

  • Must have experience in drafting and vetting Commercial Contracts.

  • Work experience in a law firm is mandatory.

Practice Development

What you will do: 

 

  • The position is market-facing and will have a role in helping grow and develop the firm's practices globally. You will get to interact with lawyers internally and external parties to help grow the brand, network, and market exposure while collecting relevant insights into the industry.

  • As a law firm Practice Development specialist, you will work in all areas that comprise managing a law firm's practice including brand management, social media management (content designing), and knowledge initiatives to begin with.

  • As you grow, you will be involved in other nuanced work like strategic planning for law firm growth, partnership structuring, strategic alliances between law firms, and other similar areas where we assist law firms to grow to the next level.

What you need to have: 

 

  • Must be an LLB/LLM graduate.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a law firm.

Associate - Compliance (Company Secretary)

What we need: 

 

A Company Secretary well-versed with the compliance needs of a startup and with demonstrated experience in conducting due diligence exercises. 

 

What you will do: 

 

  • Handle compliances involved in private equity transactions. 

  • Handle annual Companies Act, 2013 compliances.

  • Conduct due diligence on the secretarial aspects of start-up companies. 

  • FEMA-related compliances.

What you need to have: 

 

  • CS Qualified

  • In-depth knowledge of Company Law and FEMA Regulations.

Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner

What you will do:

 

  • Work directly with the Managing Partner to support all aspects of her daily work routine.

  • Maintain the Managing Partner’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel (may include domestic and international) arrangements. Exercise discretion in committing time and evaluating needs.

  • Serve as a liaison between the Managing Partner and the internal and external teams. This includes receiving and screening the Managing Partner’s phone calls and visitors, answering a variety of questions with tact and diplomacy, taking messages, and directing calls appropriately for resolution.

  • Determine priority of matters of attention for the Managing Partner; redirect matters to staff to handle, or handle matters personally, as appropriate.

  • Keep the Managing Partner advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.

  • Attend meetings and take notes of discussions, prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries.

  • Complete a variety of special projects including creating PowerPoint presentations, financial spreadsheets, special reports, and agenda material.

Executive / Sr. Executive - 
Human Resource

What you will do:

  • Screen potential employees' resumes, go through their application forms and figure out the most suitable candidates for a vacancy.

  • Organize and set up interviews with any shortlisted candidates.

  • Handle job postings and advertisements on job boards and social media platforms for various job titles and job types.

  • Prepare and send offer and rejection letters, emails, and messages to all candidates.

  • Assist in onboarding activities for new hires.

  • Update company databases by entering new employee contact information, details, and more.

  • Help in organizing company events and corporate activities.

  • Learn about the company's HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related stuff to be able to respond to any internal staff inquiries.

  • Periodic research to understand Compensation Benchmarking, Industry best practices.

  • Plan, evaluate and implement HR initiatives to enhance employee experience.
